Omega Hagan has been working in education for over a decade. After graduating from Saint Leo University with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, he decided to join his mother, Barbara Fleming In providing an education to children in her hometown of Citra, FL. He continues on the legacy of excellence she left behind. 

Rhonda Evans, the eldest child of the founder, Barbara Fleming and has a long career working in business management and employee relations. She joined the staff at B. K. S. E. to help maintain the level of excellence her mother established. She brings with her a Master's degree in business management and educating children.   

 Bessie Lan is the youngest sister of Barbara Fleming. Like her sister, she decided to further her career by working in education. She brings with her to B. K. S. E. over 30 years of educational experience from working in the Marion County Public School system and a Master's degree and early childhood education.
